Listening resources

Hi there everyone!listening2

Hope your exams are going well. You know that we have our listening test next Thursday, so you might want to get some extra practice before that. There are a few sites I’d like to recommend:

1- Listen and read to current and past CNN and CBS news stories.

2- Listen and watch audio slideshows at Reuters. Awesome photographs!

3- Listen, read and revise grammar points at Grammar Grater: useful to get your ears used to American accent!

4- Last but not least, my favourite: watch subtitled videos at dotSUB. You can even choose the language of the subtitles (although I highly recommend you to pick English!). It’s frequently updated. Here you have an example: Obama’s inauguration speech.

Hope you use these resources!
